Rapid Prototyping for the Win

Effective manufacturers know that accurate Rapid Prototyping can reduce waste, improve efficiency and deliver cost savings. At Muir Omni Graphics, we’ve been providing this service to the off-highway, construction, agriculture, transportation and utilities industries for nearly 60 years.

There are numerous times throughout the product life cycle when our Rapid Prototyping can make an impact including:

Although we’re known for ability to turn around a prototype quickly, it’s important to note that we’re equally committed to accuracy. Over the years, we’ve continued to hone our delivery of superior quality prototypes so that we can strengthen the relationship we have with each client.

We begin each prototype development by asking you about its purpose. Will this be used for fit, form, function or some combination of all three? This informs our process as it relates to acquiring materials, gaining input from our in-house engineers and estimating a completion time for your prototype.

Our team strives to turn a prototype around as swiftly as possible and are able to do so for many items that use in-house material. That being said, our solid vendor relationships enable us to acquire custom material on a relatively quick basis in order to provide the Rapid Prototyping your business needs – and deserves. Holiday Care Package Assembly

Our team gathered to assemble care packages for the service men and women serving our country. We are extremely proud and thankful for their sacrifice. We dressed for the occassion in our camo masks and shirts, and wrote notes of gratitude to send with the care packages.

Employee Spotlight Kurt Rauen

I work in the Art Department at Muir Omni Graphics. My responsibility is to set up the art files prior to printing. My favorite thing about my job is learning new things.

I am from Peoria, Illinois. Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, watching TV, movies and wrestling, listening to podcasts, and hiking. Something that most people don’t know about me is that I was originally born in Spokane, WA and then moved to Peoria when I was two years old.

My favorite quote is “Someone’s gonna get to do the thing you wanna do, so it might as well be you.” – Shea Serrano
